This console is for Kuro operators. A center staff sign-in does not open it.

Switch an add-on on or off for this center, with an optional expiry date. Every change is audited.
This center’s own reference tables, one card each. Kumon-wide tables are not edited here: they live once, in the shared database, and are listed below the cards as links to the Static data screen, where every change is audited. Editable means you can change rows here, Center’s own means it belongs to the center and is edited in their Admin Panel (read-only here), Viewer only means no editor has been built for it, and Legacy means nothing in the product reads it.
The tappable chips shown in Daily Tracking for each level. Section 0 is the whole level; other section numbers match the worksheet breakdown. Look-fors are Kumon-wide: a change here applies to every center.
What the AI is told when it writes for this center. A prompt left untouched uses the shipped default; saving empty text, or text identical to the default, puts it back on the default. Centers cannot see or change these.
The texting container (Vonage sidecar) this center sends and reads its texts through. Each center needs its own container - its own Vonage sign-in and message archive - so one address can belong to one center only. The key is stored sealed and is never shown again; leave it empty to keep the saved one.

Add a center
Creates the center database — full schema, every migration and the seeded reference data — and its first Manager login: the center's instructor, on their @ikumon.com email. No other account is created. The center id is the folder name on disk and cannot be changed afterwards.
Subscription plans
Each subscription plan is a set of add-ons with a price. Applying a subscription plan to a center sets its add-ons. Archived subscription plans cannot be applied; centers already on one keep it.

Switches
Global feature switches
One switch per feature, for every center at once — for maintenance and bug fixes. Switching a feature off takes it down everywhere immediately, whatever each center is subscribed to. Switching it back on grants nothing: each center's own subscription still decides. A reason is required to switch something off, and it is recorded against your operator login.
Change several at once
Tick the features, then switch them all off (one reason, one transaction, one audit row each) or all back on.
Recent global changes
Parent portal controls
Global controls for all parents at every center with Parent Portal access. Turning a section off hides and disables it everywhere. Subscription badges identify sections tied to additional subscriptions: switching these off also removes parent access for subscribed centers. Turning a section on still respects each center’s subscription. Sign-in and account security remain available.

Kuro starter prompts
The one-click suggestions in Kuro’s empty chat. Kumon-wide: a change here applies to every center.
Other AI prompts
- Grading-chat system prompt (gc_prompts) — Kumon-wide, in Static data › Prompts.
- The prompts the AI is given when it writes for a center are per center: open the center from Centers, then its AI prompts tab.
AI costs
Every AI query, what the center was charged in credits, and what the AI provider charged us for the tokens it used. Money is worked out from the prices below, so a price change re-prices every row. Only credits a center paid for (monthly or purchased) count as revenue; free-tier credits earn nothing. All figures are estimates.
By feature
Break-even credits is what one query would have to cost, at today’s credit price, to pay for its average AI cost. A red margin means that feature is losing money.

Prices used for these numbers
AI provider list prices in US dollars per 1 million tokens. Thinking tokens are
billed as output. A model is matched by the longest name it starts with;
* prices any model not listed.
Empty the log
Deletes every row of the AI cost log for this environment (credits and balances are not touched). Type CLEAR to confirm.
Activity
Read-only views across every center. Emails show only their first letter and domain, and phone numbers and texting accounts only their last 4 characters. Nothing here can be exported.

Center support
Look into one center: browse its data read-only, set its extension switches, and read the logs its extension uploaded. Choose the center first. Every Data View listing and table read is recorded with your login.
Registration code
Shows the code Kuro emailed for a registration that is waiting for it, while it is still valid. Type the instructor's full iKumon email. Each look is recorded with your login; the code still has to be typed into the onboarding page.
Extension settings
These replace the extension's old Settings → Admin tab and its shared admin password. The extension reads them each time it opens.

Bugs & requests
Bug reports and feature requests sent by center staff from the red and green buttons at the bottom of the Kuro menu. Open one to see its context, change its status, priority and notes, or track it on GitHub.

Kuro staff who can sign in to this console. Disabling an account or resetting its password signs it out everywhere. You cannot disable your own account.

Kuro settings
Settings that apply to this whole installation of Kuro, not to one center. Centers cannot see or change them.
Appended to every recommended-book link across every center, so the affiliate
credit is collected on this installation’s Associates account. Letters,
digits and hyphens — the familiar yourtag-20, not a whole
Amazon URL. Leave it empty and books are linked with no tag at all and the
affiliate disclosure is hidden, which is the honest state when there is no
Associates account.
Each center texts through its own Vonage line. When this is on, a text Vonage definitely did not send goes out through Twilio instead, and a center with no working Vonage texts through Twilio. A text that may already have gone out is never sent again. When this is off, Kuro never texts through Twilio at all.
Off (default): the Kuro extension syncs iKumon, KSIS, Class-Navi and Payliance from the instructor’s browser with saved sign-ins. On: the server also syncs on its own.
Available to every licensed center when its own Puter connection and quota are ready. General explanations and arithmetic can use Puter. Student data, page discussions, tools, and complex requests use Kuro’s usual AI service.
